ERROR: IMS has terminated. Return code = 9991

I am facing 'ERROR: IMS has terminated. Return code = 9991' in one mainframe region and the same job is successful in another region.

SAS load remain same in both the lpar's.

Unable to trace the environmental issues ever after successful PSB copy(backfill)/ACB gen/ACB Flip. Your response would be really helpful. Thanks

Your problem is best dealt with by SAS Tech Support so please open a track if you haven't done so already. SAS/ACCESS to IMS is a very niche product and it sounds like your problem may require some complex troubleshooting.
