So your sheet is named "Most recent". See if this works:

proc import
  datafile = "K:\Variant Taskforce\Variant Codes\Variant Types and Snomed_V20220126.xlsx"
  dbms= XLSX
  out = work.Variants
  replace
;
sheet = "Most Recent";
run;
