Document -PDF - for ITRM staging details for SMF

Hi All

I have been trying hard to find a pdf/full document that tells me all the details of SAS PDB members for various SMF records.

These are the details I want exactly. But in one pdf for all the SMF Types. here is example of Type 70 & Type 74.
