Date time stamp conversion

Thanks for the help ,  I manged to figure it out and the code below worked fine.

proc format;

     picture dtpic

     other='%Y-%0m-%0d %0H:%0M:%0S' (datatype=datetime)

;

data want;

     set have;

     format Create_date dtpic.;

;run;
