Hello,

I am trying to do a conditional merge of two datasets but with replacing the value of data1 one with the value of dataset 2 if the same id is present in dataset 2.

Here's a synthetic example:

 

data have1;
input id $ motif $;
cards;
01 A
02 A
03 A
;

data have2;
input id $ motif $;
cards;
01 B 
02 B 
;

data want1;
input id $ motif $;
cards;
01 B
02 B
03 A
