Hi,

My question is can we compare the AE data set of two different data cuts. Is this possible?

For example, lets imagine there was a data cut in June 12 2018 and a previous data cut in March 10 2018. Can we write a code in such a way, that AE dataset can be compared from these two different data cuts and changes can be reported in the output?

Thank you,

Regards,

Nasya

If you have datasets where you can identify observations to be compared individually (eg by a unique key), proc compare will be the way to go. If not, use summary steps first, and use compare on the results.

AE is Adverse Events. Changes I meant, were to compare if there were any modifications/additions done by the site?
