I am developing HTML-code for SAS IntrNet.
For debugging, I have used a line like this:
put '<input type="hidden" name="_debug" value="131">';
Now I can't avoid getting log-output even if I inactivate or delete this line.
Any inactivation option somewhere?
Carsten
Inactivation? Maybe... This is possible. You can choose to send all of your output to a nul device on your operating system
file outfile 'NUL';
/*filename outfile 'Ussual_file.html';*/
data _null_;
set sashelp.cars;
file outfile encoding="utf-8";
put Make Model Year;
run;
Or if you want, comment out certain put statements using a macro variable which comments out lines when it holds an asterisk;
%let debug=*;
data _null_;
input idno name $ startwght 3.;
put name @;
&debug
if startwght ne . then
put @15 startwght;
&debug
else put;
datalines;
