I was working on the Proc Pmenu procedure as given in SAS support document, all the codes went on fine until when I was to associate menu bar with FSEDIT

setpmenu proclib.menucat.project.pmenu;pmenu on

this line of code was used and others stated but from my SAS environment  setpmenu is colored red and it gave error when I ran it. can anyone please show me how to correct this. thanks

Hi:
This is really an issue you need to work on with Tech Support.

Why would it be colored anything? Did you type it into the program editor instead of the command line?

If you want to run Display Manager commands from a program you need to run the DM command.

dm 'setpmenu proclib.menucat.project.pmenu;pmenu on';

Thanks, the dm and the quoted string ran without error
