How to write a PROC SOAP config file

Hi all,

I have to call a ws with PROC SOAP that has a execution time longer than 60 seconds, documentation just says that i shuld use CONFIGFILE argument to point to a configuration file that specify the timeout but doesn't tell how is writed this file (i have almost 0 experience in web services).

Can someone help me? If you can point me to a example i can start with, would be wonderful.
