Is there a way to use hexademical or RGB colors within proc tabulate to use custom colors?
For example,
proc tabulate data = example;
class measure measure1;
class lev measure1 / style = {background = blue};
If I were to use this blue: Hexademical 0xF1E5DB or RGB 219 229 211
I tried:
class lev measure / style = {background = 0xF1E5DB}
class lev measure / style = {background = '0xF1E5DB'}
class lev measure / style = {background = '0xF1E5DB'x}
Thank you for your help
Check out Color-Naming Schemes in the SAS/GRAPH reference.
Try using this -
class lev measure / style = {background = '#F1E5DB'}
class lev measure / style = {background = '#F1E5DB'}
class lev measure / style = {background = '#F1E5DB'}
What output destination are you using, HTML, RTF, PDF or XML/EXCEL?
PDF and/or PNG
Four different color systems use hex coding in SAS; RGB, CMYK, HLS and HSV.
If you have SAS Graph there are several macros available for creating codes starting with %helpclr to provide help for the specific color macros.
Thanks for the tip. Using http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/graphref/65389/HTML/default/viewer.htm#n06px2si7b0932n1l..., I tried to call %helpclr and was not able to. I have SAS Graph
