CLUSTERING ANALYSIS

Hello Everyone;

I  am a newbee with SAS,I am trying to do segmentation and i want to use proc cluster procedure.I don't actually know much about this procedure nor how to interprete its result.

Please can someone help with this or any textbook,journal etc i can read for beginners that is very simple to understand
