In this presentation, we showcase SAS® Viya® as the solution platform of choice for a variety of public sector use cases depending on audience interest and areas of focus. Each use case involves the analysis of unstructured data to determine how to take a course of action. We will show how to leverage SAS Visual Text Analytics, SAS Studio and generative AI to address these challenges, and how end users would leverage the results in interactive dashboards. In particular, we will highlight how text analytics and generative AI in a multimodal approach provide a system that is more accurate, where answers are directly verifiable. We will also relate the use cases to challenges in the commercial and public health sector.
