Successful fraud prevention requires combining multiple disparate business process touchpoints, data, domain monitoring systems and advanced analytics into one solution. PKO Bank Polski implemented a holistic fraud detection approach across the customer life cycle – from customer onboarding to payments. During this presentation, we will focus on application fraud detection both in retail and SME customer segments. We’ll also explore mule account detection and customer susceptibility models to phishing. We will describe the variety of machine learning models that were used along with network analytics, and how it led to increased fraud detection and reduction of false positives.
