SAS® Viya® Copilot helps users work more effectively across the entire analytics life cycle, from data management to deployment. More specifically, this demo is focused on the SAS code assistant within SAS Viya Copilot, which can assist in the development and understanding of SAS code. This demo shows how the code assistant can be used to accelerate the analytics life cycle in code through an end-to-end example using a home equity data set. We show that, using the three features of the code assistant – generating code, explaining code, and adding comments – we can go from no understanding of our data to actionable insights without writing any code. We also see that we can quickly understand existing code through summarization and comment generation.
