Use Case	We are building a SAS-based simulation and analysis pipeline that models how public agency messaging (health guidance, emergency instructions) spreads and shifts opinion through a population of LLM agents, so a public sector communicator can test a messaging strategy statistically before it goes live.
Technology	SAS Viya for the modeling and visualization, Python for the agent simulation that generates the data, and open source LLMs run locally via Ollama for the agents themselves.
