Team Name IoT8
Track Track: IoT
Use Case
Our business case addresses the “Top 10” occupational risks in industrial environments: high noise exposure, ergonomic strain, vehicle–pedestrian interactions, work at height, confined spaces, vibration, slips and trips, robotic cell bypass, psychosocial agents, and chemical exposure. While diverse in nature, all risks share a common denominator: their potential to cause injury. We propose a unified Safety Cross framework that classifies risks by injury potential rather than hazard type, creating a common language for prevention and decision-making.

We specialize in integrating IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and advanced analytics to enhance safety, operational intelligence, and digital transformation. Our solutions combine wearable devices, real-time monitoring, computer vision, and cloud platforms to protect workers and optimize efficiency.

We design IoT ecosystems with RFID, NFC, LoRaWAN, GPS, Bluetooth, and smart sensors, enabling continuous monitoring, predictive maintenance, and regulatory compliance. With AI-powered computer vision, we ensure proper PPE usage, detect unsafe behaviors, monitor fatigue, and analyze risks in real time.

Our portfolio includes smart badges, emergency wristbands, intelligent helmets, and connected protective equipment, all capable of tracking vital signs, location, and environmental hazards. Through platforms such as Safety Cross AI, we provide dynamic risk maps and proactive alerts, helping prevent accidents and reducing costs.

All solutions are modular, cloud-based, and easily integrated with ERP and EHS systems, making them scalable across industries like manufacturing, energy, healthcare, retail, agriculture, and government.
