Many of us have suffered from cancer — either ourselves or through someone close to us. A cancer journey affects both your physical and mental health, often resulting in feelings of social isolation, loss of identity, clinical depression and even PTSD. This often goes unrecognised and undiagnosed by healthcare. And It's not because Health professionals don’t care it’s because they don’t have the right tools, time or resources to do so.
More than 65000 people are diagnosed with cancer in Sweden every year, but many, many more have had their lives affected. What if we could help these people get the support they need and at the same time help Health professionals in their mission?
