It's not clear to me if this is a sneak preview or if (most) of these new features get already shipped with the newest version.

Thanks @acordes, Most of these features are already in the Viya 4 or should be in the next couple of months. Dynamic infographics is not a new feature as much as a clever way to insert data-driven graphs using the data-driven object in VA.
