Hi

Using SAS 9.4, applied mixed model which is posted on example 56.5(Random Coefficients) for triplicate MTT results.

To minimize the difference between batches and get general tendency of concentrations, I used mixed model.

Although I get data from this code, struggling with displaying the graph or plot.

Is there a code which I can use for displaying plot?

Follwoing is the code I used(SAS guide mixed model example 56.5)

   data rc;

     input Batch Month @@;

     Monthc = Month;

     do i = 1 to 6;

See what you get with:

ods graphics on;
proc mixed data=rc plots=all;
      class Batch;
      model Y = Month / s;
      random Int Month / type=un sub=Batch s;
   run;
proc mixed data=rc plots=all;
      class Batch Monthc;
      model Y = Month / s;
      random Int Month Monthc / sub=Batch s;
   run;
