I used Glimmix procedure to generate mean plots and wanted to change the axis label and titles.
Once I ran glimmix model with ods graphics on and ods trace on, it generates a template file
Stat.Glimmix.Graphics.MeanPlot
I then ran
proc template;
Source Stat.Glimmix.Graphics.MeanPlot;
run;
It did not generate any commands in the log so that I can modify the source
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Ramesh
Hi Ramesh,
I believe you may need to use this instead?
proc template;
source Stat.Graphics.MeanPlot;
run;
When I ran the code that you initially ran, I saw this note in the following not in the log "link Stat.Glimmix.Graphics.MeanPlot to Stat.Graphics.MeanPlot;". Hence, please see if you can get what you want, using the code above.
Many thanks,
Kriss
HI Kriss,
Thanks for your reply. Your suggestion did not help.
Probably I need to use ODS graphics editor to edit meanplots
Thanks,
Ramesh
Hi Ramesh,
This should work. I assume you have the ODS Graphics option before your Proc Glimmix, and the default mean plots comes out of Glimmix?
Can you please show me the error message that you get?
Many thanks,
Kriss Harris
