I need statistical presentation of below attached data set for phd thesis data analysis.

I suggest that you discuss the data with your PhD advisor and decide what graphs you want to create. Then you can use the documentation and examples to try to create the graphs. You can also search for examples, such as 

histogram sas sgplot

or

scatter plot sas "visual analytics"

 

If you get stuck, you can post your code here and ask specific questions. Someone will advise you how to enhance or modify your graphs.

Have you gotten as far as creating a SAS data set?

 

You have to provide an example of what you mean by correlation. Statistical correlation tends to be more of a summary for continuous numeric variables not "levels". Basic association and related tests can be done with proc freq.
