SAS Grid Guardian AI is a new solution leveraging partner IoT sensing technology and SAS analytics that enables utilities to significantly improve reliability of electrical distribution networks. In this session, we will first explain the challenge that utilities have with reliability of overhead distribution equipment and how helping them solve these challenges can improve the utility's profitability. We will continue by explaining how our partner, Exacter Inc.'s, sensing technology functions and is deployed on host fleet vehicles in a target geography. Finally, we will demonstrate how SAS software is used for executing analytics to prioritize recommended actions for improving reliability.
