horizontal grouped bar chart

Hi,
I am trying to produce a horizontal grouped colored barchart in e-guide4.

Problem I encountered is

1. That I can't move the labels from the 1st y axis to a legend position.

2. The labels of the 2nd axis (the grouped axis) (+/- 36 characters), I want them horizontally, but they are only shown vertically. Even when I tell sas by code to rotate the grouped axis.

Can anyone help?
