I suggest you open a SAS Tech Support track for this if you haven't done so already. It looks like some more diagnosing of your problem is required and Tech Support is in the best position to progress this.

Hi ,

I have raised the tech support about the latest versions but I received the following link:

which does not show any latest releases..

I checked out that link and found this which includes the latest release of EG: SAS Enterprise Guide | SAS Support

The most recent release is SAS Enterprise Guide 8.3. 

[ but i am not able to see the 8.3.x.x ( 8.3.1.119  like this]
