EG performance - "Collecting..." takes very long

Hello,

Our company's directory is “C:\Program Files\SAS\SharedFiles(32)\Integration Technologies\itconfig2.exe” We are using EG 4.3 and BASE 9.2. How do I execute that itconfig2.exe correctly? Do I have to be an admin at my computer to do that since it opens only Integration Technology Wizard which is too hard to solve without TechSupport. I don't get it how do I refresh the connection when having that 'Collecting'-problem in EG ->

"I didn't change anything on the server. The problem was fixed on the client side. So look on your PC for the C:\Program Files\SAS\SharedFiles\Integration Technologies\ITConfig2.exe and execute it."
