I solved the problem of execution. i run the vbs via CMD.

but now i have a new question: 

I have 2 servers: development and production.
If on the development my EG has "production" active connection it executes the project on this connection, i don't want this to happen.

i want if I run vbs on development the EG project must be run on the same server and not on the active connection.
