The company is owned by América Móvil, a multinational telecommunications corporation. Telcel offers a wide range of telecommunications products and services, including voice and data plans, SIM cards, smartphones, tablets, Internet services, home phone services and more. It has a robust network infrastructure and provides coverage to more than 92% of the Mexican population.

Our company data was in multiple locations which made it difficult to use.


How did you use SAS to solve that business problem? What products did you use and how did you use them?

We want to express our sincere gratitude to SAS for their collaboration in integrating all of Telcel's data sources. Thanks to their connectors and databases Yellow Brick, Denodo, SQL Server, and Salesforce, we have been able to consolidate our company information into a single dashboard, which has allowed us to
advance in our analysis and decision-making.


Throughout the integration process, we have found SAS to be not only a first-class technological collaborator but also a partner committed to our goals and objectives as a company. Their ability to understand our needs and requirements, and their capacity to provide us with solutions that fit each one of them, has been key throughout this project.


What were the results or outcomes?

Thanks to their experience and advanced technological tools, we have been able to consolidate relevant information from different sources and departments of Telcel into a single dashboard. This has allowed us to obtain key reports and statistics for decision-making, allowing us to advance and improve our service and offer better solutions to our customers.
