What was the business need/presented problem you were faced with?
We needed an automatic communication system to overcome manual campaign inefficiencies, deliver personalized messages through suitable channels and enhance the effectiveness of our loyalty program. Personalized campaign management tool was crucial to achieve these objectives efficiently.

We have established customer journeys to enhance engagement by sending personalized push notifications. That leads to increased wallet share, conversion rate and customer acquisition for individual and commercial customers.

In our operations, we utilize Engage: Digital and Engage: Direct modules of CI360. When crafting communication plans and journeys, we greatly leverage the functionalities offered by SAS CI360 modules.These features play a pivotal role in enhancing ability to create impactful and efficient campaigns.

Money Gold program saw 33% increase in membership, leading to 40% rise in sales. Commercial Cards program prompted 23% of members to make their first purchase, resulting in 35% increase in sales. Moreover, our aim is to be a lovemark by standing with our customers in immeasurable moments of need.
