Starting with the release for June 21, 2023, SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes updates to the Unified Data Model (UDM) for the schema 12 data model. Schema 12 contains enhancements to support these features:

  • Control groups in direct marketing tasks
  • URLs for spots
  • Audiences

 

Updates to the UDM

These are updates to the existing tables in the UDM:

CONVERSION_MILESTONE

The reserved_1_txt column is updated to better align with the value of the control_group_flg column.

DIRECT_CONTACT

The control_active_flg column is added to specify whether the task has an active control group.

IMPRESSION_SPOT_VIEWABLE

The reserved_2_txt column is updated to better align with the value of the control_group_flg column.

SPOT_CLICKED

The url_txt column is added to capture the URL of the spot that was clicked.

RESPONSE_HISTORY

The audience_id column and aud_occurrence_id column are added.

 

These columns capture the information about the audiences that are associated with the items that are in each table.

MD_AUDIENCE

This table captures metadata about an audience.

MD_AUDIENCE_OCCURRENCE

This table captures metadata about when an audience is run (that is, when the query that determines audience membership is processed).
