This is an annual gathering of SAS Customer Intelligence customers within the larger SAS Global Forum venue. This 90-minute session complements the broader set of Customer Intelligence specific tracks that are available for customers to learn about new innovations, hear what other customers are doing – and also deepen their knowledge and skills sets around key marketing ecosystem needs including AI, analytics, cloud, data management and visualization.
The CI Customer Connection provides a format that enables networking amongst CI peers and best practice sharing to inspire innovation. We will discuss how organizations are approaching digital transformation organizationally, and we will dive into specific customer use cases. We will also provide ample time for discussion of these topics in small groups to apply those conversations to your business and interact with other CI customers.
