Visual Analytics - How to see which lists are filtering?

I'm looking for at way to see which lists are currently filtering in the report, like in Excel: 

I have put a list in a prompt to get a drop-down list, where I can choose multiple values.

Both in the viewer and the designer there is no symbol showing which prompt is 'in use'. 

Is this possible to solve? Or should I switch to other objects than a list inside a prompt?
