It’s great to know that certain terms and phrases are prevalent across social media data and free-form text documents. But which terms are the most important, and what is the sentiment behind them? Through sentiment analysis, SAS Visual Analytics 7.1 provides more than a simple word cloud that displays frequency of words. It identifies sentiment of both topics and documents, and relationships between identified terms.

By combining text sentiment analysis and data visualization techniques, documents can be filtered by topic and sentiment so that you can see areas that need attention. Here's an example of what this may look like:

Looks great... I'm interested in looking at this in more detail and to see how much tuning is available in comparison to using Enterprise Miner.

Need one help .. can we modify or add text data as per our requirement into Positive, Negative and Neutral sentiments?

Please can any one elaborate this use case more from the scratch
