How do I upload Excel data to SAS Studio if I don’t want to use default methods?

If you don't want to use SAS Studio's defaults, which write data to the working directory, try this option from @DrAnnmaria, posted on her blog. In her article, Getting Excel Data into SAS Studio: Beyond the Defaults, she offers a few simple steps for when you want your Excel data formatted a certain way as a SAS data set.
