1. Can I create marketing plan and campaigns hierarchy in SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Plan? If yes, how many levels of hierarchy can be added?
   • Yes, users can define marketing hierarchy up to level 10.
2. Can users add custom metadata?
   • Yes, users can add custom metadata at all levels of marketing hierarchy
3. Can one add invoices against commitment?
   • Yes, users can add invoices against commitment and independent invoices as well.
4. Can I use 360 Plan for financial planning and budgeting and expense management  
   • Yes, 360 Plan allows to budgets and track expenses at every level of plan.
5. Can a user approve a budget allocation  
   • Yes, 360 Plan offers budget as well as entire plan approval
6. Can customer decide what time 360 Plan’s reports data should get updated?
   • No, customer can’t decide when 360 Plan’s reports data should get updated. Data gets updated after every 3 hours
7. Can one export report?
   • Yes, export to PDF feature is available in 360 Plan reports
8. Can one export calendar?
   • No, calendar export feature is not available in 360 Plan. There is link to ‘Export to Excel’ available which helps to download marketing plan details. However, not in calendar format.
9. Can I upload image, document and video files in Assets?
   • Yes, assets support various file formats for upload. Following mentioned types of file formats are supported for media processing and auto generation of thumbnails and preview renditions
     • Image file formats (.tiff, .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .png, .dng, and .wpg.)
     • Document formats (.xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .doc, .docx, and .pdf.)
     • Video file formats (.mp4, .avi, .flv, . wmv, .mov, . mpeg, and .mpg.)
     • Note: Mp4 videos must conform to video H264 codec and audio AAC codec standards.
     • HTML files (The supported character encoding is UTF-8.)
