Resilient individuals can devise effective solutions even in the most trying circumstances, highlighting the importance of resilience in managing mental health and achieving career success.

Resilience contributes significantly to effective collaboration and leadership. Teams and leaders who exhibit resilience are better at fostering a supportive and productive work culture. Excellent points!  Yuval Harari's book, "21 Lessons for the 21st Century" makes a very similar argument and he predicts there will be a "useless class" of people who do not have the skills to adapt.  What will happen to those people?  Will we be members of the "useless class" because of the choices we are making now?
