SAS Studio window is divided in to two sections: navigation pane on the right side and work area on the left side.

  • Navigation pane consists of the Server Files and Folders, Tasks and Utilities, Snippets, Libraries and File Shortcuts.
  • Work area is used to display your data, code, tasks, logs, and results.

There are instances where the menus found in the navigation pane maybe missing and you can perform the steps below to get them back.

  1. Click on the burger icon next to the question mark button located on the top right hand corner.

  2. Click on View and select the menu/s that are not checked. You also have an option to de-select them if you do not want them to appear on your screen.
