How to customize nomenclature of marketing planning hierarchy in Customer Intelligence 360 Plan?

Each organization has its own vocabulary of marketing planning hierarchy. For example: An organization could have a marketing planning hierarchy as Plan > Program > Campaign and other could have marketing planning hierarchy as Plan > Campaign > Activity > Sub-Activity.
Customer Intelligence 360 Plan offers a flexibility in which you can define naming of objects as per your organization’s internal wording. To customize the names of the objects, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Login to Customer Intelligence 360
- Go to ‘General Settings’ under ‘Configuration’
- Click on ‘Marketing Hierarchies’ under ‘Plans’
- For each level’ click on ‘Edit’ icon
- Provide the name
6. Click on ‘Save’
7. After the change in ‘Marketing Hierarchy’, sign out and sign in to reflect the changes
