Question

Answer

By default, for a class target, the leaves of the tree in the Tree Diagram display an embedded histogram of the target level percentages (first image).  To have the leaves instead colored by either the probability of event (purity) or the proportion correctly classified, you can un-check the property “Display embedded bar charts in tree diagram” under Tree Diagram Options in the Decision Tree node.  The leaves can then be colored by the selection in the “Class target node color” property as in the second image.
