Hi,
I'm using tagsets.excelxp.
Is it possible to insert a formula in the row directly below a table that was created using proc report?
For example, if I know my table has 10 rows can I put the following formula below variable x:
=COUNTIF(R2:R10,"Yes")
proc report data=corp nowd contents="Claims" out=test
style(header)=[font_weight=bold background=CX90D9D7];
options missing='0';
column name x;
define name / 'Name';
define x / 'Yes/No';
run;
quit;
Thank you.
Hi:
You can insert a formula into a cell. However, with TAGSETS.EXCELXP, you use a STYLE= override and the TAGATTR style attribute. Usually, you set a format for a column or cell with TAGATTR, but you can also insert a formula.
However, do you really need a formula??? PROC REPORT will let you count the number of 'Yes" values and put a total on the summary line.
But, if you reallywantto put a formula in a cell, refer to this web site:
http://support.sas.com/rnd/base/ods/odsmarkup/excelxp_demo.html for examples of using formulas.
