I have been tasked with reformatting some of our Excel output to be 508 compliant.  One thing that I need to change is having the title rows NOT be merged cells across the whole width of the report columns using Proc Report and the ODS Excel destination.  Can this be done or will I need to write some post processing Excel Macro edits?  I am really hoping that someone can help me out so I won't need to do that.  Thanks!

You should show some of the code generating the offending "titles". Preferably with some example data or using a SAS data set like SASHELP.CARS or SASHELP.CLASS so we can see something similar to what you are doing. Since this involves Excel then all of the options used on your ODS EXCEL statement need to be shown as well.

First, I don't think you actual mean title but maybe "column header" which is quite different.
