To view the sas Log on the Linux system you may use an editor like "vi" :

Command :

vi <logname>.log

or

Just to display the contents of the log use the command :

cat <logname>.log

Please run the sas code in the linux environment and a log file will be generated with the same name as that of the sas file name except that the file extension would be different.
Thanks,

You are running what SAS in Linux, is it desktop, EG, UE etc.  You should see the log for any submitted code in the various log windows within the system.
