Reading CSV file with double quotes, line breaks and spaces

Thank you for explaining about the differences, that probably explains why TERMSTR didn't work for this data set.

I had the problem that a lot of comments had a single quote (e.g.  "the problem was that you did not tell me....),

using this option was perfect!

My problem was that some comment fields started with a " but had no ending ", leaving an unclosed quote.

Adding the option TERMSTR=CRLF worked!
