Sorry, the dependent variable is the interest rate, these are in 10 different columns, I would like to combine them in one column by the group. By doing that I can continue with further analysis. Am I right?

Words generally are not good enough to indicate the layout of the data that you are talking about. The layout of the data that is required is the one that I showed earlier.
