Analytica 2026 – Day 2 Event Report (29th April 2026)
Day 2 of Analytica 2026 was structured as a multi-track engagement across academic, industry, and experiential formats, bringing together students, faculty, and industry experts through parallel sessions and hands-on interactions.

The morning sessions also included a discussion on bridging academic excellence with corporate expectations, offering practical insights into organizational readiness.
In parallel, the Experience Centre hosted school students for guided visits, providing them with exposure to analytics applications and institutional capabilities, while the admissions team engaged with prospective students.

Post-lunch sessions shifted toward deeper academic and technical engagement. A dedicated Faculty Development Program (FDP) masterclass was conducted for school principals and teachers, focusing on integrating analytics into academic frameworks. Another FDP session later in the day covered analytics using SAS, specifically tailored for CU faculty members, reinforcing capability building within the institution.

Industry interaction continued with sessions on analytics in energy (Oil & Gas) and a placement-focused industry connect session, targeting postgraduate students and providing career-oriented insights. Additional sessions addressed mental and physical well-being in the AI era, decision-making resilience, and healthcare industry perspectives, ensuring a balanced mix of technical and personal development themes.
The day concluded with a Cultural Programme and Grand Mela Evening, fostering informal networking and community engagement among participants, faculty, and leadership teams.
Overall, Day 2 successfully combined academic depth, industry relevance, and experiential learning, ensuring engagement across multiple audience segments including students, faculty, and school-level participants.
