Standard Error Calculation

Hello,

I have an Excel file with around 21,000 rows. On each row is around 150 numbers (residuals from a regression ran in Excel). For each row I need to find the Newey West standard error of these 150 numbers and then export that data to an excel file.

Can I accomplish this in SAS? Completely stuck on this project. I appreciate any help at all.
