SAS Data Studio in SAS Viya Download Excel Results after PROC PRINT

Run program and have PROC PRINT to generate the HTML, EXCEL etc. results. Then I down the three dot menu > Download > Excel File  and nothing happens. Seems it is related to this support issue, but I can't tell if our SAS Viya/Data Studio is already updated to include this Hot Fix.
