Use Case

Zencos, in a partnership with the National Institute for Innovation and Technology (NIIT), is developing a workforce analytics system intended to support the integration and reintegration of former military members and to advance their capabilities by guiding job seekers to new career-advancing opportunities.

Guided conversations will provide an interactive experience for the job seeker to understand how the skills they have acquired through their military service align to private sector opportunities. As data is collected, the system will identify opportunities that match the experience or interests of the job seeker and present them back through data visualizations, including a representation of the job seekers skills and proficiencies, and the alignment to opportunities.

In addition to aligning the seeker to opportunities, our goal is to provide an optimal route map to a desired job, highlighting training opportunities that will help fill any required skill gaps for their next dream job.
