Changing Flyover Icon in PDF

How do I change the opacity and the size of the flyover icon (ie Text Note) that appears in the PDF document? The problem is that the numbers in cells with flyover icons are being covered by the Text Note.
Also, is it possible to change the type of icon (eg Circle, Comment, etc) that appears in the PDF document?

Hi:
PROC REPORT (call define) questions do not belong in the ODS GRAPHICS and SAS/GRAPH forum. However, rather than make you repost this in the ODS and Reporting procedure forum, I don't know of a way to control the opacity and size of the note that pops up when you use the FLYOVER attribute with ODS PDF.
