Three things that annoy me: poor signage, price tags that won't peel off and hard-to-find FAQs. I'm pleased to address the latter re: the SAS Support Communities. Click RIGHT HERE to find answers to basic community how-to questions. Or access Help from your profile menu by clicking your username in the upper-right corner of the home page:
@BeverlyBrown: I think your article and the help menu option are nice and welcomed by all, but in the section about how to post a question shouldn't it also include https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Communities-Library/How-to-ask-a-question-in-SAS-Analytics-U-Comm... and the other thread (that I can't find) on the same topic but for more than analytics U?
Hi @art297, thanks for finding that piece by my Analytics U board predecessor! It's from 2014, but still useful/relevant...worth generalizing to include in the Help list. Think I know the thread you're referring to. If I'm right, it's now pretty full of how-to-post advice.
