Using Enterprise Guide 7.11 I get the native SAS functions, procs, and macros to autocomplete.  Unfortunately, none of my custom Abbreviations pop up.  Did not have this issue in EG 6.1.

Does anyone else experience this issue?

Running SAS 9.4 M3 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

Thanks,

Haris

Hi mate,

I have some questions.

This only happens when you re open the SAS EG ?

If you re-define these macro abbreviations will it work in this session ?

We're having the same issue.  On multiple machines, when we moved to EG 7.1, we imported our abbrevation macros, but autocomplete does not work on any of them.

We've tried different machines, deleting and re importing, re creating, still no autocomplete.

Searching internally, it looks like this is a bug that has just been fixed for an upcoming hotfix for 7.11 and also in the next release (7.12).  You should be able to assign a key mapped to your macro, but the autocomplete might not work.  Stay tuned for the fix!
